The original programmers of the soundset:
Andreas Franz, Henning Verlage and Jahnspierr Leyton.
(I found this info on the German KORG Website).

If I am not mistaken, this latest infusion for EXB RADIAS has been crafted by Korg USA personnel on their own time.

You are right, but I think that they "ported" the soundset from the RADIAS-R to the EXB-RADIAS, and the original RADIAS-R soundset was programmed by these european artists.
Just my guess! Since I don't have the RADIAS-R, I cannot compare it.

My thanks go to the KORG USA team, no doubt!

I have the RADIAS-R and to be honest, I can't say that any of these are close to those sounds.

Interesting! But then the title of this thread and the name of the new EXB-RADIAS soundset as well as the information on the KORG website (see http://korg.com/service/downloadinfo.asp?DID=1418) is misleading. :? :(
This would be extremely embarrassing.

Just received my exb radias board today. Installed it without a hitch. I have been up and running half the day and checked out the new patches. This is really cool stuff. I'm not sure how much of it I would use yet recording, but I see some definite possibilities. Great job Korg!

Sorry George, I missed your comment
Yeah, let's start the fight
I've already found a radias-infused combi which will be so usefull to buid up a powerfull breakbeat, and (much more important to me) to learn how to use that amazing instrument!
