Portamento with gliss.

Hi all,
Is it possible to have portamento with gliss on the m3?
Instead of a smooth bend between the 2 notes, I'd like to hear the discrete pitches between them. This is somewhat related to my previous question about stepped pitch bends.

The osc/pitch pages do not suggest it can be done but I'm hoping I've overlooked something.
