Hello, I recently purchased a Korg D-888 and have been playing around with it. I was having some problems from the beginning with getting all 8 tracks to record simultaneously, but I fixed that problem by turning the Output Assign button on. I don't think this is the way it was intended to be used, but it worked, or so I thought. I then recorded all of my tracks with the mastering button off, and I assigned each individual track to record by turning its coorisponding button to red, also not too sure if that's how it's supposed to be used (the manual is a bit confusing to me since I'm new at this).
Now I have put together a song which sounds pretty good when played through the Korg unit, but my problem is my unit won't let me master the tracks, so I can't maintain all my EQ adjustments and effects. Here's what happens:
I go to master the tracks from the menu, but it gives me this: "Info: No WAV Files.". How do I fix this problem? Are the tracks I recorded useless or is there a way to make the Korg unit recognize them as Wav files? Any help is appreciated.

Re: Korg D-888 Mastering Problems
Hi egdetti
Welcome to KF. I don´t have D888, so I can´t help you. As I know, these units have some problems. Maybe you can put your questions in the studiotrax forums.

Re: Korg D-888 Mastering Problems
You don't need menu for mastering. You click the master-button so many times that it is in the mastering mode and then you record the master (and you can mix during recording the master).egdetti wrote:I go to master the tracks from the menu, but it gives me this: "Info: No WAV Files.".
