Upgrading the HD and CDRW?

Upgrading the HD and CDRW?

I've heard that some people had upgrade their earlier Triton Studios that come with 5G HD's to a 20G like the most recent models, also that is possible to upgrade the CDRW to DVDR/RW. If this is indeed possible to make, please let me know if somebody knows what models of HD and DVDR's can be used.
