Program a Small Group of MKXL sounds for Hire??

I'm looking to have a small list of sounds programmed for the Microkorg XL. My programming chops are null, and time to hone them very limited. The only 3rd party libraries I've found so far concentrate on leads/basses/house/techno, etc. I'm looking for very bread-and-butter sounds, some of which are ...

Well it works!!! Download the Supercharge set, unzip and copy the PRODUCER.PCG file to an SD and load it to the M50. You won't be able to load sounds to the User banks, since the M50 doesn't have any, but you'll be able to save the sounds that you like in any bank A thru E. Go to Media mode and ...

What do you want? Do you have the M50 already ? Have you explored even for a few secs the preloaded sounds? Leads, fast synth, categories, etc. Or you are just imaging how it is like ? Where is that Supercharged soundset you talk about ? You understand that getting a Workstation means having to get ...

O.K., forgive my ignorance... I'm still a little baffled by Korg's programming... it looks like the "Supercharged" soundset from the korg.co.uk site FOR THE M50 is what I'm really after, because of: Synths • Simple and easy-to-use analog synth sounds. • Vintage solo/lead synth sounds covering the “mu ...

Re: Keyboard amp

I notice that some of you recommend a Keyboard amp, that has 2 speakers, and some of you recommend an amp with just one speaker..... Do you think a good quality 1 speaker amp sounds better than a cheaper 2 speaker amp setup? I am thinking of getting an amp, and my gut feeling is that 2 speakers ...

Yes, I saw kidnepro.com's M3 stuff and e-mailed them. Not compatible with the M50. But thanks for the reply!

Currently playing my Motif XS7 and M50 through a Traynor K4 and I love it. Was a Roland KC user for a long time, and maybe it's just my ears, but they just sounded to midrange-y to my ears no matter what I did. IMO, the K4 sounds great. Has a tilt-back cab for monitoring. Really nice frequency ...

Looking for 3rd-Party M50 Patch Libraries

Hi... still lovin' my M50, but still also looking for 3rd-party patch libraries. Something akin to motifator.com's libraries for the Motif line (80s Synths, Vintage Synths, etc.). I saw that pro-rec.com has libraries available, but they're geared toward amibent/soundscape/Karma-type sounds. I'm ...
