Check out Roland EA7. Great sound, tons of good styles. Very light in weight.

As you know, the onboard converter BOT in the 4X is really quite good. I would think if you make a midi recording of the Yamaha styles, and run it through the BOT in the Korg that you should get good results. Probably have to "tweak" it a little. If you are talking about midi or CDG song files, you'll have to add your own.

Easiest way would be to adjust the volume as you like it, then save it to a User Voice location. To do that press and hold down one of the user buttons. A screen will appear asking if you want to save the voice. You can choose Yes, or choose Select Location and find the exact location where you want ...

There are several good options, however...
Be certain that when you put the keyboard in the case, or bag, that you add foam padding to protect the joystick. It takes a very small hit to damage the joystick. I have replaced two on 4X and one on the 1000, and I'm being careful.

Rather archaic advice, but...when you get the keyboard, open the owner's manual on your pc, and with the keyboard on in front of you, go through the manual and become familiar with the operating system.
Once you learn it, it's easy to use. But there is a learning curve.

Thanks Rueben...I used it on a prior Korg, but now I'm going to put it in my PA1000. As I recall, it is excellent.
