Hi,

I was just wondering if people were still buying these even though there was a follow-up with the 700 and 1000? I see them still for sale new at retailers. I wanted to possibly put one up on Ebay - I have one in pristine condition with a ton of extra Dave Polich libraries.

This is a really nice release! It really is feature-packed. I have a Motif XS6 which I love but wow this is on a whole other plane. I also had the original Montage in the recording studios at a university I taught at - this is definitely a huge step up from that. I'm sure Korg will answer with ...

This is a stellar update...will make many users happy. I think you can add a MIDI keyboard to play into these...so yes - just add some amazing sample engines (like HD-1) for realistic acoustic sounds that can stream off disk and it would be game on. Plus if they update the MPC-X to have a lot more ...

Very nice update...Roland is doing some nice work with this board!

I am noticing the PA600 for sale again at places like Sweetwater and Guitar Center. I thought it had been discontinued? Is it being put back into production again?

Actually - this is an amazing price for everything that this can do. I would expect this to be $7000+ if this were coming from A&H or Yamaha. Billy Synth...yes indeed. Now, if Korg were to possibly answer with a successor to the Kronos that incorporated some of the Roland ideas here (like much improved sequencer abilities - clip, piano roll...which I believe will be full-functioning with an update, TR-styled step sequencer, easy DAW ...

Honestly incredible looking device and definitely something to finally compete with boards like Kronos. From reading on forums it looks like they will eventually be adding new engines, having full piano roll capability and incorporating audio tracks...and it sounds incredible already. Really well ...

I'm not sure - you might want to contact Steinberg. It was under "My Products" and then I pressed the voucher tab and the offer was there...
