Try "Fingered 3" (that's what it's called in PA800). From the manual page 106:: "Fingered 3 You must always play three or more notes for a chord to be recognized. This option is automatically selected when selecting the FULL Chord Scanning mode."
I only wish "Full Chord Scanning ...

This mode should require at least three keys simultaneously. I agree about the "Expert" mode, this is one of the ...

Thanks for your reply Col, I still can't fully understand Korgs chord Rrecognition system, Yamaha and Roland are much more straight forward. In Expert split mode the manual states you have to play two or more notes for a chord to be recognised, so that's straight forward enough, but this is what ...

Korg PA600 Chord Recognition
On other Keyboards I have owned you could set them to play single notes with the left hand without changing chords, for example I have a BK-7m and I set that to Pianist mode so chords only change when I press three notes, and this works very well allowing me to play a counter melody with my left ...

Thanks everyone who enjoyed my recording, and those nice comments to. I used the Pop Hit Ballad style, I didn't plan anything, just connected it to my PC and recorded everything live into Cakewalk Music Creator 6. The PA600 is one of the best things I've bought for a long time, treat yourselves for ...

Re: Pa600
Because I bought one LOL They have now sold initial stock in three days. Col I bought one from them as well last Saturday, and I'm really pleased with it, it's great keyboard, although after years of playing Yamaha's getting used to the way it works is proving a bit of a challenge, but I'm getting ...

New Member with PA600
Hi everyone, I'm recently retired but love to spend my time playing Keyboards, I also have a Hammond Organ. I bought a PA600 one week ago and so far I'm very impressed with it, however as this is my first ever Korg I'm hoping to learn some more about it from other PA users in this forum. Cheers ...
