Issue while trying to save a bank of my own samples

I've been getting a "low battery" warning when I try to save a bank of samples I've been working on. My Microsampler is plugged into the wall and powers on just fine but I can't save a bank of samples. Clearly I can load some new batteries but is this normal? Shouldn't I be able to use the ...

After nearly a week, my fix seems to have stuck. I realized that I move my MicroStation a lot, from my computer desk to a nearby table. Sometimes the rubber feet "stick" to the table and some force is needed to lift the MicroStation. I suspect that this caused some strain on the case allowing one of ...

For those that might be interested, the intermittent problem with the keyboard not sounding every 4th note continued to happen. Facing having to send the MicroStation to a repair shop I decided to open the case and see if there was anything visibly wrong on the inside. After removing about 20 screws ...

Tried the keyboard again this morning and something unusual happened. Everything was working fine but those same keys started to "fade" as I played them. In other words, they started at normal volume then I found that I needed to apply more force to get them to sound at normal volume until they ...

The problem has returned! Ugh...Korg has been very good about pointing me to an authorized repair shop. I might try and see if keeping it on so that it "warms up" might help but so far not so good. I've reset the machine, reloaded the firmware so I think the issue is electronic and not in the ...

Thank you for all your suggestions. For a few days nothing seemed to work or fix the problem but I turned it back on last night and it was working just fine. Crazy...perhaps a change in weather or humidity or some other phenomenon affected the electronics in some way? I'll be on the watch for this ...

Shall do. It seems to me that there's an issue on the circuit board since the "fourth note not sounding" seems like a keyboard tracking issue. So, are you suggesting that I open it up and used compressed air or some other technique?

Thank you by the way for the suggestions!

Strange keyboard behavior

I haven't played my Microstation for about a week. When I turned it on today, every fourth note refuses to sound. In other words, if I play every key from left to right, three keys sound but the fourth doesn't sound, repeating all the way up the keyboard. I've initialized the Microstation a couple ...

Changing key of a sequence on Volca Keys or Bass

Is there a way to set up a sequence on the Volca Keys or Bass to make it change key by pressing a new root note? I know I could copy a sequence to a new slot and modify the notes but was looking for another, more "on the fly" way of doing this.

Thanks,
Pierre

Sounds like a terrific idea to me but I'm concerned about the cost of something like this. If something like this could be put together for less than $400, I'd be all for it but given that each Volca costs $150 each, that doesn't quite work out. Still, I'd really love something like this, kind of ...

And just like that, the Volca Keys seem to be working again. I wonder if its susceptible to humidity and heat. I didn't do anything with it other than to not turn it on for a day. It seems to work perfectly fine now but I'm certain the problem will reoccur at some point in the future.

Problem with Volca Keys keyboard

I purchased a Korg Volca Keys back in March. A few months later I started noticing some corrosion around one of the battery terminals, even though the batteries themselves seemed fine with no leakage. Ever since, I've noticed that some of the keys on the lower range of the keyboard (near where I ...
