Yep-designate 1 to be the master-the other the slave. Set the master to be MTC master, the slave to MTC Slave. Midi cable from Master midi out to slave midi in. Master outs of the slave to inputs 1+2 on the master, set as sub ins. Now-that only gives you 14 inputs. You don't really need to monitor ...
