Little Star

Hello everyone, I've been more or less away from music-making for a long time due to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS / ME), so this is a sort of "comeback" for me. My energy is still low, but this song was completed in less than a week. It is for the birthday of my daughter Mina, who is the most ...

Is it just me or is the world going backwards? I remember back in the day when Novation produced the Supernova with 16 timbres, now the Ultranova has more or less the same synthesis but with 1 timbre. 7 years ago the Radias came out, and now there is the KingKorg with half the timbres, same ...

Thank you!

Yes, the moon goes up and down at a shallow angle because I'm at 69° Northern Latitude. Sometimes it's above horizon for several days, sometimes below for several days, and sometimes it rises and sets at a shallow angle.

The VST editor is supposed to save you the hassle of loading song files. Theoretically it should store all the sequencer settings in the Cubase project just like any other plugin stores all of its configuration with the project. However, I know people have had issues getting it to work properly ...

Using the M3 with Cubase

Hello all, While I'm not at all new to the M3 or to sequencing (been using the onboard sequencer on my M3 since 2007), I'm in the process of upgrading to PC-based sequencing. So I've bought Cubase Studio 5. I've transferred my music as standard MIDI files to Cubase and assigned MIDI devices and ...

Combi mode and receiving volume CC

Hi all, I've just started experimenting with Cubase as a MIDI sequencer to control my synths, and I've selected Combi mode on the M3 as my preferred way of working (as opposed to Sequencer mode where each multitimbral setup needs to be reloaded from USB every time the M3 is powered on, so I chose ...

Excuse me, macalister, sir (or madam, or whatever), not everybody "is agree" with this.

And Rfoshaug. Are you the same dude, who composed that Voyager song? I had already settled down with my instruments and I thought, that I had tamed my desire to get new synths for a while, but my gearlust was merely a sleeping dragon, until the day I heard that song. After that I have had terrible ...
