For OP - set tr-09 midi channel to off. Then you are all set.

Hi all,

I have a grey EMX2 since launch and the hiss from the unit is quite noticeable when running into external mixers or soundcards once the levels are cranked up.

Is there still a hiss on any users using blue/red new models? Be interested to know if there's an improvement.

Should have stereo inputs for 'all' channels. Also why have those s**t speakers? internal and external waste of space, could have got an extra channel on it.

Good question, I've noticed the noise issue with audio thru isn't as 'resolved' as the previous 1.18! I hope the next patch is rock solid!

I'd seriously consider getting both if you're thinking about doing a full live set =)
