I OWN both an M50 and a Kronos so I absolutely know. There is no comparison. The keybed, frame, and controllers are all sturdier on the Kronos. It also weighs a lot more than an M50. Absolutely - Kronos build quality is VERY good, comparing it with as that of M50 is waste of time. Yea comparing M50 ...

I wouldn't discount Nedim's opinion. He has experience with both boards he mentioned. Ok, if you know him, you may be right, although the opinions sound like stemming from half cooked thoughts - probably, maybe et al exhibits lacks of confidence, which is important especially when the title of the ...

I'd rather say, from O1/W

KRONOS piano as well sounds thin and fake/metallic to my ears

Awesome! Please continue posting your creations..

Just logged in after a while after getting bored with the crap that's going on the Kronos forum and I was happy to go through something productive!

Keep up the good work, you are a great musician!

The clarity of HD-1 is so bloody obvious that it's hard to even contemplate moving away from a OASYS or a KRONOS. I think your making a very big mistake. Regards Sharp You are spot on, I'm not selling my Oasys. HD1 sample set does not sound as good as XF acc samples to my ears and to be honest ...

I will say again, the Kronos technology is far superior to the Fantom or Motif technology, especially the Motif XS. Of course, as I said earlier, all workstations should be judged on their functionality, not their internal hardware components. We heard you; let me assure that repeating the same ...

Bye bye KRONOS

"KORG and Commitments = A Big Joke". My second bad experience in a row post buying an Oasys. Having used KORG since it's O1/W (best workstation so far), Trinity, Triton and Oasys, I have decided to "give up" on the buggers and move on with something more sensible. I recently tried a Motif XF8 and I ...

Btw, Jupitor 80 looks and sounds amazing given there are a number of SuperNatural engines built in plus the fantastic V-synth engine. It blows out Kronos in the Synth section. Oh and how can I forget - it's got a beautiful touch screen which is actuall readable and the sounds which are platable ...

The price of the Kronos 61 in the US will be $3000 at sweetwater. This would result in about E 2100 here. However due to taxes etc it will be higher, but I never heard of a product that will cost more in E than in US$ (if you look at the value after the currency sign). If Korg would make it more ...

yes! this is incredible ...... some people said in France that the kronos would be at the M3 first out price ! Bullshit, it will be between 25 and 30% more !!!! i'm not saying this will be too high, i'm saying that kind of advertisement is bad, they really treat us like idiot ! i can understand we ...

Given the facts, I think most folks will be patient about delays. Its not the end of the world if I have to wait a month or 2 more for my Kronos. I do admit, I am disgusted by folks that simply want to rip on Korg just because they have a forum login. Or an ax to grind from 4 years ago. No value ...
