Re: Korg Multi / Poly vs KingKORG
Anyone have both yet? I have both the Multi/Poly and the KingKorg NEO. I love them both. They are significantly different, but both sound great. Right now, I prefer to play the KK Neo because it is simpler and easier for me to get the sounds I am looking for -- that suit my own music. I am not ...

The confusion persists regarding the ability for the user to rewrite patches 1-200 on the KingKorg NEO. I have had many Korg synths and it has always been possible to rewrite any of the user patches. In some of the old documentation this is made clear. It is NOT clear in the old KingKorg documention ...

Any sticky residue left behind by inulating tape will be easy to clean off with some lighter fluid, the stuff for fuelling the old fashioned cigarette lighters that have a wick. Alternatively, Coleman fuel for camping stoves is near enough the same stuff. Just a couple of drops on a tissue should ...

The Nautilus' Tap button is right in there where the gaze tends to go when adjusting a performance, so not ideal. A small piece of black insulating tape over the button would help. The Kronos' equivalent button is off to the right hand side of the keyboard, which seems a much better place for it ...

I rather use the LFO in 1 shot setting, with an inversed (shift-) amount, tuning the rate to dampen the effect. Hi synthpeter. I would like to try this workaround, but I'm not having much luck with it. Which LFO waveform do you use to accomplish this? Which target ? Can you give some examples of ...

Re: Will Korg Fix Minilogue's broken RTZ Envelopes?
It's a pretty big issue out in the world...and I love the synth and it sounds great but it's way of retriggering it's envelopes is driving me nuts.... Minilogue simply does it WRONG....and it causes abrupt cutoffs/clicks and bad behavior on note stealing and playing in any mono/duo/unison mode. The ...

Does the OpSix have microtuning capability?
Most Korg synths do support microtuning, and for me it's an important feature. I would love to buy an OpSix, but I'm thinking it may not have microtuning, which would be a deal killer for me. Microtuning could still be added in an OS update, I believe. The original Minilogue did not have microtuning ...

Re: Minilogue XD - Save favourite patches not working
Just updated my XD to 2.10 firmware and all went well. Except the save favourite patches to the 1-16 buttons with the shift button no longer works. Also recall patch from 1-16 buttons with shift doesn't work. I noticed the load panel is now shift + write and wondered if the save favourite has ...

These aren't bugs - octave switching and transpose are functions for a local keyboard only which is the same operation as every keyboard I can think of. Use the ones on the external Kronos keyboard if you want to do this. Thank you for your response. The Kronos transpose only goes one octave up or ...

OS Bugs in new Midilogue XD Module (and a question or two)
I just got my Minilogue XD Module a couple days ago, and I'm having a lot of fun with it. But I've discovered a couple OS bugs and I'm wondering if they've been fixed, or how to report them to Korg? I'm not sure what OS version I have -- how can I tell? The manual doesn't say how to see this. But ...
