@hermanmusic I have exactly the same problem as you and although I am using a M50 and not the mighty Oasys with Plugiator, I have been unable to use it unless I switch the M50 clock to external. Would you be kind enough to share the patch you received from Use Audio with me? I am using the latest OS ...

Yeah, an audiocast would be great. I guess a kind of step by step workflow explanation is what we could benefit from. Samplers are so versatile instruments, that you could work in many different ways, so I am wondering which method you are using to arrive at such good results. For example; are you ...

Absolutely brilliant!!! All 3 of them, not only good because they are made with a Korg micoSampler, but thy are actually great tunes regardless of the instruments used. I wld also love to see a workflow youtube video however. Would be inspirational to many mS owners nd prospective buyers. Pl keep up ...

Thanks Kim, you are right: Putting M50 last in the chain would be a work around.

However, I really like M50 running drum tracks/RPPR/arps using other synths further down in the chain.

And my chain IS really busy... So Midi Merge box it will be...

Thanks for your reply Synastikki. I am afraid you may be right; even though many modules, without a MIDI THRU port (e.g. Mopho, Yamaha AN200 among those I own) manage this with a setting through the MIDI OUT port. You are suggesting a Midi Merge box, and I think I will go for a Kenton Midi Merge 4 ...

Is Midi Soft Thru (a.k.a. Midi Echo) possible on M50?

Hello everybody, I love my M50, its sounds, effects, touch screen and especially the arpeggiators and RPPR. I use it these days almost exclusively in SEQ mode, using it as MIDI Master Clock, to control some other synths and their arpeggiators. However I have come across a problem that I am ...

Excellent video, thanks; I like the patch and the explaining notes during the video.

Incidentally, the intro of "Right Here Waiting" is also one of my favourites to try out piano sounds on any synth I play.

Keep them coming Richat.

Many thanks for the tip X-Trade! I will definitely try that out. I also agree with the need to "polish" the sound a bit more. I noticed after recording that I was particularly unhappy with the timbre and level of the synth which kicks in at 0:42 but by that time, I was trying to figure out how to ...

Thanks for the encouraging words outsider9! You are spot on, about the BCR 2000: I was just looking for a reason to try it out. It is the first time I used the "learn" function to replicate a few buttons and knobs, which are already there on M50. As for splitting the keyboard for different voices; I ...

My first youtube video - M50

Hello everyone! I have just uploaded a video on youtube, which I could not do without my beloved M50. I am a big fan of the RPPR function, ever since I watched Rich demonstrating it. It allows me to play "live"... Well, almost! For some reason I like this much more than sequencing everything and ...
