Hey guys, So I have my EMX mastered, with my MK next in chain (feeding MK's midi out to EMX midi in, likewise), and the thru signal coming out of the MK into my kp3... awesome. Now, I am trying to figure out how to implement one of many usb-only midi controllers I have, to control various settings ...

Good evening nerds! So I went and bought a usb => midi (4x4) iterface [m-audio midisport 4x4 anniversary edition). I just a got very cheap emx as well as a used kp3 (both are brand new condition with no loose knobs, faders, or wiggly buttons... and scratch free!!! :P i also have a microkorg, br900 ...

but is there a way i can quickly switch the function of my KP3 from a midi controller (of my EMX synths) back over to an effects unit for my mix, then back?????

so, I had a few days to go mess around with all my gear with my buddy playing around on ableton with my nano pad and axiom 25 hooked up to it.. As I was jamming on the emx audio routed through the kp3 with audio into my mixer into my br900, whilie the micro korg was seperately routed into the mixer ...

Hey, so i have a KP3, Electribe mx, and microKORG running into my boss br900cd portable recording workstation.

I was wondering if anyone else has come up with any cool ideas and unique setups with similar equipment WITHOUT a DAW or computer.

are you playing on a steady, flat surface (i.e.: desk, table, etc..) or on your lap???

if its on your lap, try a table and barely touching the keys.... see if this helps.

If it does, you probably have a loose connection inside of a wire or chip...

I appreciate your response, thats a bomb setup through a DAW... but I'm trying to figure out how to make everything work without a laptop mostly. Sorry for being so vague. But I want to use my br900 to record everything either live or track-by-track, but dont know how to chain everything together in ...
