NO MIDI IN/OUT with WINDOWS XP SP2

HI! i can't have midi working via USB on WINDOWS XP SP2. any suggestion? editor works without problem but when i open my CUBASE 4 no MIDI IN/OUT comes. i also tried it on my POWER BOOK G4 running OS X (latest version before leopard) and MIDI trough USB WORKS fine. i installed the driver in the same ...

I ADVISE::

I Think EDITOR Needs to be UPDATED I record my samples MONO at 24 Khz so i have a bit more then 8 seconds per Key right? so.. GRID WITH BEATS OR SECONDS LENGHT WOULD BE REALLY APPRECIATE! to check exactly how long is my sample or my beat but telling the truth, best thing to do would be a PARTIAL ...

ABSOLUTELY TO BE UPDATED/FIXED

EDITOR: SAMPLE SECTION it would be amazing to have a PARTIAL LOOP function: so you can save the attack of the waveform and loop only the body of the sample.. avoiding the premature end of the sound on high notes.. the zoom possible with mause scroll : without clicking on the fu****g arrow snap to ...

i don't believe so.. everithing is possible fixing the editor/librarian software and updating then the firmware of MS

MS: a nice concept, but failed.

microsampler was a nice concept, but failed. personally, 430 euro for this machine are wasted. there are 2 possibilities to make future users happy: 1) lower the price to 250/300 euro or 2) make a massive development on EDITOR and FIRMWARE.. too many things lacks.. but many of thoose things are so ...
