I worked on the issue for a little longer and found that on the common LFO page, you can set the frequency to "Stop". This took care of turning off the modulation that happening on my SGX-2 pianos.

Does anyone know if transpose will be selected from the Kronos interface, or will it be burried in a global menu, making it difficult for live performance?
