i think the emx is good for dubstep. search for SHRIKE DUBSTEP on youtube. 100% emx minus a bit of multilayering. just play with the modulation section and bpm sync it for the love of god

i had a similar problem with ym esx, one minute recorded smaples would sound, the next they wouldnt. turn off, turn on, works again :S strange maybe i just pressed somthign i shudnt of

4 minutes is a healthy amount of sample time. What exactly are you wanting to do? And as far as recording your Microkorg. Theirs several ways to go about doing it, but why would you want to play your drum loop at the same time that you are trying to record your MK, if you dont want it recorded ...

i want an esx but want to know what you can do with different sounds like vocal lines and sound effects etc. please post your esx videos/tracks here. use short samples, long samples, anything! i just want to see what these little magical boxes can do
