:) It's been a while since I've frequented this forum, but it's good to be back every now and then :). Motifator.com's boring compared to this site - It wasn't as hot as it used to be when the Motif ES was the Ex's rival about 5 years ago... Before I sold the MOSS, I was tempted to get a second-hand ...

Hi I agree too, that the MOSS certainly is a legendary piece of technology... I had a Triton EX with the MOSS and the RAM maxed out too (mine was a 61-key model though). I recently sold mine on ebay, but the Ex was sold separately because at that time I presumed that I'd make more money if I sold ...

Hi Worth.. I've checked the manual again for those 'missing screws' as well - It's saying that there are 2 screws on cover 'A' - (Those 5 holes we were talking about are for the EXB Radias (which is to be screwed outwards from the inside (to hold the board in place), the screws come with the Radias ...

Korg M3-73 Keyboard issues...

Hi all. Tonight I acquired a Korg M3-73 from PMTonline, played it for a while and unfortunately it went dead on me! So I'm going to talk to them about getting a replacement. However, I have also noticed something that I feel was a bit suspect with regards to the chassis: Do all 73-key models ...

Hi Gregory! That's a very nice piece you got there - It has a strong melody line and some well used sound effects in the background. You're right about the repetitiveness of it, but I can imagine some extra background high-strings slowly building and fading in the background over the tune, and maybe ...

Well Done!! I wish I had that much time to create patches of my own - I used to do that on my old X5DR....

I agree that the sampler should have been an option too... I'm glad about the 5 insert effects, 2 masters and global EQ etc. (does it still have the 3-band EQ on each track like the M3? I hope so!) This keyboard does looks gorgeous though - like a spruced-up design of the classic M1 - to me from a ...

I heard he died of a stroke...sad :(

It was mentioned in a local newspaper where I live (The Metro).

It also said he was already having heart problems prior to his death...

OmarNoori :) I've played Twilight Princess on the old Nintendo GameCube!! The music used in that game is quite innovative - the music slightly changes when you're doing certain things like riding on Epona or wildly when a dungeon boss changes attacks mid-way through battle...:) There's another ...

Hmm..

The only thing I would suggest would be to try it on a different card. If the same thing happens, it might be an incompatible card or you should get the TEx serviced ASAP. You shouldn't have to be switching off the keyboard every time you record a sequence to the CF card...

My 2 cents...

Hi I'm wondering if the CF card is fast enough for what you are doing. Typically it would take around 3-10 seconds (maybe a bit longer) for the blinking to stop, depending on the length of the recording. What brand of CF card do you use? There's a possibility that the card may not be 100% compatible ...

Hi. I still use Cubase VST5...Still works for me despite its age! :D I also use Pro Tools M-Powered, but that's for my audio duties. I feel that Cubase is better suited for MIDI than Pro Tools, and Pro Tools is better for recording audio because it was made for audio in the first place although it ...
