I've heard about steinberg cubasis; are they any others softwares working good for what I need to do with?

Everything is in the title...
I'd like to download or to buy it... but I don't know which software to choose.
I would make House Music, Reggae and Rap, I would need to sample and mix voices too (from a mic).
