Your not talking about the master tune are you? Dial position P-40 first knob "Mst Tune". Global settings can be saved as to to affect all banks. The only other thing I can find with a 1/4th setting is Mod Sequneces P-26/27, far right knob "resolution" can be dialed to 1/4.
