I want to be able to perform soon, and I need some way to carry my equipment around. I was thinking maybe a Flight Case, and some foam that I could use to custom fit all my gear inside? Ideally I'd like to fit (in one box): MPC1000 Electribe EMX-1 Korg KP3 Virus TI Desktop What you guys use ...

Whenever I change patches on the microkorg, it changes the pattern on the EMX-1 (I have them connected via MIDI, obviously).

Any ideas how to get around this? It is pretty annoying.

It's too bad it's not possible to have the electribe switch the patches on the microkorg when when a new pattern is played.
