Re: SD versions of Electribes- Is a SD card really needed?
if someone could help me understand the need for SD sized storage. I don't think it has anything to do with size, but that fact that you can't really buy SmartMedia or even read them on newer computers. Does it make sense for for Korg to sell a $500 box that has a Smart Media slot that can't even ...

Re: BATTERY POWER FOR ESX / EMX? Can it be done? Video dis
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YRkXfdm3T2g It's been a few years - who is up to the challenge? Let's make this device PORTABLE! I use a UPS for a computer. Works great. I run an AMP off it too. Last about on hour. The "new" EMX-SD and ESX-SD are now DC, so those should be much easier to run off a ...

Please tell me if I am just misunderstanding/wrong, but I cannot put the music created on my EMX onto my computer even just to listen or share online? I guess you just have to think of the EMX the same as your Guitar... and that is as a musical instrument. How do you "put the music created on your ...

Re: Electric Guitar input for EMX-1??
I am fairly new to this whole synthesizer game and was wondering if the new EMX-1 I just got is capable of plugging an electric guitar into. Since I have been playing guitar for much, much longer than I have been using any synthesizer for. Any help that anyone can provide will be greatly ...

I actually found the full page notes for that simple large circuit at the bottom of Amiga's post: http://www.aaroncake.net/circuits/inverter.asp It gives a full parts list of suitable components, including the transistors, etc. The schematic is specifically for 12V DC to 120V AC, but he says that ...
