dont you mean ESX??? Emx cannot sample audio. you can download all the factory sounds BACK into the ESX if you go to the Official Korg website and search for the ESX and downloads the sounds,you better have a Smart Media card to get the samples from your Pc (or mac,...meh) to the ESX. if you load all samples once into the esx,thats fine.But you will need to SAVE each and every one of them as far as i know.

Its always a good ideo to boost your samples up to +12 Db.... the samples will be loud when you audition them,but turn the volume down on the boosted +12 DB samples when dropping them into a pattern,and you will be very happy with the results.
