I would say your audio IC has gone down for some reason, it is on the circuit board at the rear, where all the plugs etc are inserted. If you haven't tampered with the internal speaker setup, it is difficult to explain why the IC would have failed. Unless you have had it connected to an external amp ...

Thank you for that, yes, I have the manual printed out. The effects are limited in that you may want to have some compression on the bass, or drums, but not on all the upper sounds as some reverbs etc would be more useful.

Hi, yes, it has the latest. It appears to be all good now, I did another reset and watched a video regarding setting up the keyboard sets and I think I was doing it incorrectly before.

I do note one thing since I did the reset, I have no sound when I first power on, but if I press the grand piano button, sound comes back on for all settings.

Thanks for the reply. I thought I was doing it correctly, so did a factory restore and is now storing my setups as required. Not sure what was wrong, maybe I had did something that I should not have. Will see how I go with it and advise further. Cheers.

Hi all, trying to save my user songs to USB drive, but I can only get it to save as a Midi file, not wave or mp3. Surely this can be possible to do, as I tried converting the midi files to mp3 on my laptop and they sound horrible.; Any help would be great.
