It appears Korg has finally fixed the VST3 midi PC handling in version 1.08.

As long as they're not aware of the issue (or it didn't get enough 'upvotes' by the number of complaints), it is highly unlikely a dev will be addressing it and have it fixed in some update. Still not fixed in 1.0.7 version, feb 2023...

The Midi PC in VST3 problem has been fixed by Korg in this last 1.1.0 release. Thanks.

The recent Modwave Native and the update on Wavestate Native have fixed the midi PC problem in VST3 with Cubase.
Mainly by using the last Juce library version.
Now waiting for the Opsix native to be fixed.
