In both 2007 and 2008, Korg's M3 beat out Yamaha's Motif XS and Roland's Fantom G as the best Keyboard Workstation. However, regardless of that fact, an M3 with EXB RADIAS onboard will definitely supply you with power metal sounds, ripping leads etc. The latest 512 program infusion from Korg shines ...

Re: korg m3 or oasys
The M3 sounds good, and it has some sounds I'd love to have, but the overall sound quality isn't as good as the Yamaha Motif ES or XS in my oppinion. Exactly, in your opinion. I think that's what needs to be said here. Folks should decide what sounds best to them. BTW, I traded in my Motif XS for ...

I'd would stay away from the Fusion and definitely get something else. I had one a few months back with the latest OS and I got the blue screen of death. IMO its not worth taking the chance. They are many other people who have experienced the same issue and other people that have experienced way too ...

Vampire, My post was not directed at you. I can accept anyone's opinion as long as they give a reason why which you clearly did. My post was directed at the one above mine. Not every keyboard is going to be for everyone. I get that and I respect that, but when someone makes an assenine comment like ...

I disagree in regards to the Tyros getting stomped by Korg. If you use sales as a measure then its certainly not true. Have you listened/compared the piano sounds? Its not even remotely close there. Most of the acoustic instruments are also significantly better. I'm not saying Korg has crappy sounds ...

I agree that there isn't a need for a 37 key keyboard with after touch. I agree the need and demand are not there. If you look at the way people use those smaller keyboards, they isn't that need. This is something that I've heard from both Phil Clendenon of Yamaha and Jeff Dunmire of Young Chang who ...
