Recently I changed from Studio One to Bitwig. To my big surprise Bitwig works perfect with the audio interface of the Kronos. At last problem solved...

Thanks, didn’n know about the ausio file packets. Well, thumbs crossed and wait for the update. In the meantime I use a Roland interface, but just one cable is the charme of the internal interface for me..

I still can’t use my Kronos with Macbook Pro early 2011. So dissapointing. My dealer has investigated the problem and told that Apple has changed something in the IOS and that Korg should come with an update for this change, but he did not know when Korg will do this..

My dealer has contacted Korg and received the answer that Apple changed something in the OS, and Korg has to update the driver because of this. No answer about when this wil happen. Too bad, because for months I can't use the audio interface with my Macbook Pro.

Hi Nambuco67, I am still waiting for a reaction from Korg. My dealer has sent my describtion of this problem to their Korg salesman. I will post the answer here. And hope to receive a solution, because it is too bad that the Kronos can not be used as an audio interface in the setup with the Mac. Bye ...

Danatkorg: I mostly only play for home-enjoyment with Omnisphere/Keyscape. So no heavy audio recording. When I do record some audiotracks via the MOXF there is no problem. SSD + 16 GB RAM is sufficient for my use.

The audio comes out then via the headphone output of the Macbook and not via the Kronos. No distortion ...

Thanks Birlie and Greg. So it is the audio from the Macbook to the Kronos thats gets distorted, not the other way around. Well, that's good to hear. Deleting the driver was not a solution, sorry to hear. I wait for more answers, hopefully, and will contact the dealer next week. Will keep you ...
