How do you control channels from Cubase when in SEQ mode?

Hi All, I've set my TS up with Cubase and got all the patch names working okay and the midi channel etc to transmit midi to the TS from an Audio Track when the TS is in PROGRAM mode . This was only after realising that it was necessary to change the GLOBAL setting to KORG rather than GM! However, in ...

I'm not sure if this helps, but having gone through the very same issue for my TS, in trying to find inst defs, I eventually just amended one that I did find for a Triton Classic. Depending on what you know about ins defs (I know absolutely nothing whatsoever), it was incredibly easy as just ...

TS Toslink S/PDIF and Presonus Firepod (FP10) S/PDIF

Hi all, I'm trying to hook up my TS thru S/PDIF to my Presonus Forepod, but the S/PDIF input sockets are different for the two units. Has anyone come across this issue before and found a viable solution? The S/PDIF on the Korg appears the Toslink type, whilst the S/PDIF input on the Presonus is more ...

follow on....

Hello again. Having read many posts to try and better understand things, I understand that in order to hook the TS to Cubase to record mult-timbral Midi tracks, that: - I should be working in "sequence mode" on my TS to use it as a multi-timbral synth. - I need to set up each channel on the triton ...

Midi Channel output on TS?

Hi All, If I've one TS acting as a MIDI controller hooked up to a sequencer, cubase in my instance, and I'll be playing MIDI back out into the TS on a multi-timbral basis using more than one midi track, what channel should I set the OUTput of the TS to as 'good practice' so that I don't need to keep ...

Drum Pattern

Thanks for taking a moment to read this query. I've really tried to resolve the matter through endless hours of reading the Basic Guide and the Parameter Guide for TS and far more hours than I'd care to mention n actually learning about the various menu's & options that exist. My issue is: II just ...
