Ok guys I had this problem and now its back to normal. I noticed each time i turned on the 08 TWO "CUE" lights came on from CH.4 & CH.8 (off & on about 10 - 30 times in a row). Well it was more for the fellas with the "mine don't work at all" sort of comments. I do agree with you they don't work as they should, my gain is at 2 o'clock not at 12 as you stated for normal position. I don't know if this helps, but I use channel 8 for the master output from live. On the master channel (in ableton live) theres a dropdown box by defult reads 1/2. To send to channel 8 on the zero8, select 15/16. Now you have channels 1-7 for midi/audio usage. This is a good starting place for you.

They do work I even get them to clip. Most audio programs default audio to output 1/2. This channel 1 on your mixer. 3/4 channel 2... and so on. If you have audio on channel 1 (bus1/2) open zeroedit, input/output tab then top right corner (where the meters are) theres a drop down box. Select 1L/1R ...

Hey guys, I just updated my 08 to the latest ver 1.5 and I noticed a STOP & PLAY button on the touch screen. How is this used? I tried with MIDI and can't get it to work. Has anyone got this to work?

I don't think the eq select switch sends midi. I could be wrong.
