It's a MidiBox SID. Fully stuffed MB6582. 8 SID 6582 chips, stereo analog SSM2044 filters. Fun stuff anyone can build one.

what cleaner did you end up using Luke? This stuff: https://www.mclendons.com/img/products/10/10600860.jpg Took a couple of coatings, but it worked and came off clean. I should mention, that after doing this, the aluminum is unprotected and will pick up the oil and grime from your hands pretty ...

I added my comments to your thread. Also added the suggestion of making the sample pads controllable via midi while in sample record mode. This would really aid in the creation of perfect loops. Seems like it would be a very easy update too.

Hello everyone,

Just got my kp3 and I'm very surprised at how well its working. Just wanted to voice my support of making all samples audible when in sample edit mode. That would really make it so much more useful and powerful when working live, which I assume is its primary purpose.
