the link to youtube video works but the spoken * displayed language is not English. I cannot understand this video.

Has anyone converted a MIDI file to style for PA700 or PA100?
If yes, pls share your experiences. The user manual is too brief about this!! All said is you will automatically have a new style with 3 intros, 4 variations, 3 endings.
I am very curious to know the exact steps.

That was what I planned. For each Tyros rythm, I have to save (2 intros, 4 vars, 3 endings) as MIDI files, total of 9 MIDI files.
I was hoping that many have done some of these works to share with KORG community.

Are there places where I can get TYROS rythms that are already converted for PA700/1000.
Second question: how can I convert TYROS rythms to be used on PA700/PA1000 ?

"You can change the Balance so that it is the volume for left of the split hence you will have two separate volume controls".
Does this mean the Balance control the rythm volume and the Main volume for the right hand keyboard ? I would be happy with this.

The old PA-50 has accomp volume and keyboard volume control as two separate sliders with one main volume control with another slider. I just sold my old PA-50 and like to buy either the PA700 or PA1000. Does the PA1000 have features that make it worth spending and extra 700$? I budget for the PA-1000, just want to make sure my money is worth. I have tried both models at local GC and the PA1000 does look better but sounds the same ...

The KORG PA50 manual shows steps on how to copy anything from a style to another style. For example: 1) FILL1 from style#1 to FILL2 of styl#2 2) FILL1 from style#1 to FILL2 of styl#1 (yes same style) 3) any 4 variations from one style to any other 4 variations of another style. Can't you just leave them there and not using them ?
Or you can create a BLANK style, and save to every slots in USER3.
