Hello,
I've searched but it's hard to find information because these keyboards are rarely compared, but for oriental music, which one is better? What's the difference between the keyboards except the memory? |

If you like to user Aftertouch - i think most of users need it for modulations of oriental music - you would better with Pa800 as Aftertouch is absent in Pa600.
It is the same with triggering Fill-lns manually with buttons or using different Fill-Modes; and it is the same with using grouped Volume-Slider - you can not find that features on Pa600. _________________ kind regards

Hi lulopi
Yes, siebenhirter is correct.
The PA800 was a flagship model whereas the PA300/600/900 models are not and hence have less features - you may need to consider the PA3X to get all the features.
Checkout the manuals at http://www.korgpa.com
All the best

If you are looking for differences Pa600/800 good features you only find in Pa800 are sampling functions, drawbars, TC-Helicon for Vocal FX and better Audio with 2x22 Watt Amplifier. _________________ kind regards

Is aftertouch the function that allows you make the tones louder as harder you strike the key? I'd love that function. Is that absent on PA600?
What exactly are those functons in bold?

The problem is that PA800 are no longer available for sale so I have to look for it in secondhand, which means no warranty, etc. And they're still more expensive than PA600. |

Hi Lulopi, I just purchased a Korg Microarranger. I The KMA is well below the Pa800 but I need a light keyboard. I am 83 year old and I play at my church for children with special needs so weight has become important.
My Pa 800 has the duel recorded and a video interface, and a padded case. I also have the multi-five pedal.
I will accept a reasonable offer for you still have interested.
