I recorded the sequence for a karaoke style wedding singer and I did not save the sequence. I did save it as a wave file and burned it to CD. he loved the recording . very schmaltzy song, however now he wants to take it up and change the key 2 1/2 to 3 steps Higher. I don't want to record it again ....does anybody have any suggestions how I can transpose a wave file without getting all weird on the pitch |

It will probably be somewhat unnatural no matter what, with that much of a shift, but DAWs like Cubase have advanced pitch shifting functions for this. _________________ RD-800, Kronos 61, Fantom 6, MODX6, 01/Wfd |

Shouldn't the title of your post be "can't believe I didn't do it?" _________________ "To me the synthesizer was always a source of new sounds that musicians could use to expand the range of possibilities for making music."
