Got it in there, no problem. Thanks Korg! I thought the envelopes might be draggable, but no. Maybe next time? Liking the sympathetic resonance. _________________ RD-800, Kronos 61, Fantom 6, MODX6, 01/Wfd |

I just installed it and am playing around with it now. A lot of improvement in readability.
Thanks Korg for keeping the Kronos going! You rule!!! |

I just can't wait to install the new os3. My next step after that will be to buy the new KaPro Library "private Collection". So my personal christmas is already this weekend

I am no beginner when it comes to computers and have updated the Kronos a few times already. Any help? |
I don't remeber details, but I think I had something like that with one of the previous updates, long time ago. I plugged in thumb drive to the other usb socket and had no other usb devices connected, and it worked .. _________________ Korg Karma, Korg Kronos 73 |

Note: KRONOS System Version 3.0.2 provides nearly all of the features of the new KRONOS, except for the updated sounds and sample libraries. These updated sounds and libraries, including the EXs17 Berlin D Piano, EXs18 Korg EXs Collections, and new Programs and Combinations, are expected to be made available for owners of previous KRONOS models in late January 2015 (price TBD)
Anyway a BIG thank you KORG
[edit] Had no poblems updating from previous version. Smooth as knife through butter [/i]

Upgraded without any hitches... although my heart skipped a beat at the boot screen... still shows the old SGX-1 icon
The drag feature is just what I've been waiting for (although it could do with a "fine" control - Maybe vertical drag for coarse, horizontal for fine?).
Time to dig out one of those old Palm Pilot styluses I've got kicking around somewhere. _________________ Synth DIY Projects |

Why not Broadwave, but you can now move you finger next the parameter to see what you do, instead your finger blocks the sight =) _________________ Roland FA 06

Well I have been playing with the new version for a couple of hours, I think it is a very good update for me.
The screen is now much easier to see, being able to edit programs in situ in combis is massive for me and the dragging of controls is a winner.
Some issues I am having though:
1. drag on some parameters is far too course, some kind of way to have a fine drag is needed. Maybe there is one and I have missed it?
2. When editing a combi using Karma and Latch when you start editing an individual program the combo seems to be reset and the Karma stuff stops and you need to play some keys again to get it back. If you then exit program edit and re-enter it for the same program the karma stuff doesn't stop! but choosing another program and editing will cause it to stop again.
Small issues really, overall a fantastic update. Thanks Dan and Korg. |

The Logo on the startup screen still shows SGX-1 on OS 3.0.2. The startup screen should also reflect the updated OS and should show SGX-2 |
