I am trying to evaluate the software for purchase - (cheep at twice the price for the Arp converter alone!)

But I am having trouble loading a PCG file saved or exported from the PC Krome Editor. It claims it is an unsupported format.

Is loading a file saved from the Krome to a SDHC card the only option? And then I have to load it back on the card after edits to transfer it to the Krome?

Is there any way to transfer or receive from the Krome to Aldan iii over USB?

Hi Paul,

I'm crying...you are the only one "potential customer" within nearest 3 years.

You can load pcg file from Editor to Aldan if you choose in Editor "Export" option instead of just Save.
That is Korg's Editor strange feature to create pcg files with the same extentions but with differently structured content inside.

However... sorry...relax with this idea.
Aldan III doesn't provide full support for Krome because:
No one were interested
I have refused from idea to support syntesizers which I don't have on hands to test.
I have no time for further development.
Programming for music stops me as musician.
And finally I'm already with Roland !

Sad news. I guess it's a good thing I am only renting my Krome88. Any recommendations of an upgrade from Roland? A keyboard with similar features and better PC software support?

Also - I tried the "export" option from the editor. It still didn't load. Oh well.
