So, I want to make music on my PC and I have KORG PA50. Will M-Audio Uno MIDI to USB cable work? Which sound workstation should I use? Thanks. |

Yes you can record MIDI data via the M-Audio Uno MIDI to USB cable to a computer and then play it back through the same interface.
If you are new to MIDI then it can be a steep learning curve to understand how to setup the software so take your time and read up a lot.
You don't need a high spec computer to record midi data and for the software there is likely plenty of free stuff to get you started. There is Mixpad, Rosegarden to name a few but most of these will have limitations as to how much you can tweak. Of course the big name DAWS can do everything with Midi and Audio but the learning curve will be much harder.
