Greetings,
I'm looking to get a studio stand for my Korg Studio 88.
I don't want one of those foldable stands - this needs to be able to withstand people (possibly even kids) around it.
I would need it to be sturdy and be about lap height, so i can play it like a piano.
I'm at a loss to find anything online. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance |

Hi,
Check out the Quicklok site. I use a 4 leg version which can carry an 88 Note keyboard controller and a Triton on the upper tier without any problem - even with kids around. Very sturdy. It is not an x shape frame but more like a table with an upper tier for a second keyboard. They also do one without the upper tier I think.
Cheers

Thanks for info!
I checked it out but all they seem to offer now are some form of X stand..which I don't believe is sturdy enough for me. |

HI...
Just noticed your posting and I know it's a couple years old. You've probably solved your problem by now but I use a Z stand made by On-Stage stands.
Very sturdy and with two tiers it can support the weight of 2 Triton 88 Studio's with no problem. No chance of tipping over either.
Adjustable in height.
