A Hot Fix was done to KROMOS and has been uploaded to my site:

http://flexmediasoftware.com/index.php/downloads

V0.61 (11/5/2013)
- [FIXED] AMS parameters from Krome to Kronos required lookup. AMS paramters should now match.
- [FIXED] Converting FX on multiple program banks.
- [FIXED] A few AMS parameter number mismatches.

For anyone testing who noticed most of the AMS type parameters not matching between Krome and Kronos, this should fix it.

Thanks!

Another Hot Fix was done to KROMOS and has been uploaded to my site:

http://flexmediasoftware.com/index.php/downloads

V0.62 (11/5/2013)
- [FIXED] Filter and Amp EG AMS parameter updates.
- [FIXED] Fx conversion updates.

This should do it for awhile until I hear back from testers.

I'm still looking for Krome/Kronos owners to test out my software.....

Thanks!

Another issue was discovered by a tester which I hope to have fixed. If the default window size of KROMOS is resized smaller than the original, it could clip off buttons and other objects. This has been corrected in V0.63 on my website:

http://flexmediasoftware.com/index.php/downloads

Thanks to rs.felicio for discovering this!

Important: I'm looking for more testers using a Mac with windows VM. It's one area I will need some help since I don't own a Mac.

Thank You!

KROMOS now at version 0.68 with some new features:

http://flexmediasoftware.com/index.php/downloads

V0.68 (11/6/2013)
- [UPDATED] Target (Kronos) DataGrid updated to be more like Source (Krome) DataGrid with single program selection drop down.
- [ADDED] - Total synchronization of Source Data Grid to Target Data Grid. All Bank Selection, Program Selection syncronize.
Even Source Parameters selected from Data Grid will show equivalent Parameters on Target Data Grid!

Thanks!

If you check in the Kronos standard ROM, you will find a lot of the M1 multisamples. Most of them can be found in the "WaveStation" section.

My software will recreate almost all of the program parameters from Krome to the Kronos. You then just go to each program and re-assign the multisamples to equivalent ones in Kronos.

Any samples you have in the Kronos after importing the SF2 should be assignable to the programs that were converted with KROMOS....

BTW, which version did you use? If it was anything less than V0.63, get the latest version [V0.68] and recreate the Kronos PCG (some FX and AMS paramters fixes were done recently)

Thanks!

You must be referring to my Klonos M1-to-Kronos converter. This thread deals with KROMOS Krome-to-Kronos converter.

You can get the Krome Best of M1 PCG file from the Korg website, open it in KROMOS (NOT KLONOS) and convert to a Kronos PCG file. Then, load the Kronos PCG file to your Kronos and assign equivalent multisamples to the various M1 programs in the Kronos program bank...

Thanks friend for explain.I converted M1 - Krome sounds with great Kromos sowftare and loaded pcg in Kronos and found a waves (Wavestation)for each program. The waves are a little similar but very different from original M1.For example the electric pianos are very different and other waves, just some waves are quite similar(but not original)A.Guitar,Brass,Alto Sax etc. Some waves missed like:slap bass, picked bass...I hoped to have my favorites E.Piano 1 and E.Piano 4 but those dont sound good and like M1 on Kronos.Does anybody know are these Wavestation - M1 waves the same in the Krome or different?
