I am not a synth guy and generally play digital pianos where I pull up a handful of presets at will. I love the microstation for it's size but saving the preset programs to the user banks is elluding me.
I want to save my favorite program sounds in this manner:
USER 000 Piano (Button 01)
USER 001 Keys (Button 02)
USER 001 Organ (Button 03)
However, it seems the buttons are assigned this way
Last user program saved (Button1)
Next to Last user program saved (Button2)
Next to Next to Last user program saved (Button3)
From what I can tell in the example above - there is no way to save a sound directly which would be played by Button 04. This is not true for Combi's, they seem to save right where you put them.
If you cannot understand my problem simply try this: try saving a brass program that would be played when the USER Button 4 is pushed.
What am I am I missing here?
Thank you
