Greetings! I am now the proud owner of a Wavedrum... purchased just yesterday. I've been browsing these forums and am just amazed at how much useful information there is... thanks in advance to all contributors!
Something I'd like to get into straight away is recording some of the grooves I come up with - ideas to run past my band mates... is there a way of recording to an iPad for example? Would I be able to use something like the mobile in from Line 6? http://uk.line6.com/mobilein/
I have absolutely no idea how to record my Wavedrum jams, so any tips or advice on how to record would be much appreciated... I don't have a PA or any external audio for my Wavedrum... at the moment I'm only using headphones... my band has a P.A. which I'll be able to use for jamming / live performances. |

Look into something like this http://www.alesis.com/iodock Yep you are going to spend more money but isn't that the name of the game? Also look into getting a cheap DI box so you can split your signal and monitor live sound though your amp / pa and send your direct sound straight to hard drive. |
