You have the sound I've been trying to create..
PLEASE, post the page and parameter settings for that ricochet sound you have programmed and linked to the second key from the left on your board.
I JUST GOTTA HAVE IT |

Seriously jaw dropping... Just realised that I've only scratched the surface of what the Kronos can do.
I didn't know that Karma could be so powerful and useful (I've not bothered with it for fear of tacky Casio style "Auto Accompaniment" syndrome).
Must press more buttons and dig deeper _________________ Synth DIY Projects |

Love the way Dan is so cool about it - hardly raises a smile...
If I had created those sounds you would not be able to take a very silly and happy smile of my face!! _________________ Plugged in: Fantom 8, Jupiter-X, Jupiter 80, System-8, JD-XA, V-Synth GTv2, FA-06, SE-02, JU-06A, TR-09, VT-4, Go:Livecast, Rubix44, Shure SM7b, Push2, Ableton 11 Suite, Sibelius, KRK Rokit 5, |

Hi Dan -
Well done - great Jarre performances.
Could you describe how you put the sawtooth modulation together?
Is it MS20? It looks like the Joystick +Y axis is actually triggering the synth modulated note - how did you get that to work? And - is it also that +Y increases the Modulation rate?
Is there any affect from the release of the joystick; and in moving in the -Y direction.
Would hugely appreciate your comments / pointers on that.
Now - here's a challenge for you - and it you figure it out I'll pay for the result - how does J M Jarre create, in Equinoxe II, the slow sequences that rise and fall in pitch - and in speed - in an arc (though some of them start at a high pitch and drop in pitch and speed simultaneously? I've tried to figure this out for 30 years but it's (to me) among the most elusive of techniques; which I'd like to use in compositions. You find examples at starting times:
Equinoxe II
2.13
2.38
2.52
3.16
3.23
3.45
4.07
Congratulations on some sterling work.
Kevin. |

I just watched the whole video... This is awesome.
It must have taken weeks to set it all up!,
I honestly would never believe that even a mighty K could do all that with a combi.
Totally stunned.

Outstanding programming and performance.
And yes, bringing to mind again, how many things a single Kronos can do - live. _________________ Kronos 73 - Moog Voyager RME - Moog LP TE - Behringer Model D - Prophet 6 - Roland Jupiter Xm - Rhodes Stage 73 Mk I - Elektron Analog Rytm MkII - Roland TR-6s - Cubase 12 Pro + Groove Agent 5 |
