|
|
I just got the microSampler and so far, I rather happy with it.
Getting used to its abilities and shortcomings.
I'm using the Editor Librarian software in Mac OSX 10.6.8.
For some reason the play button anywhere does not work at all (above the file directory, nor in the Wave Editor). I've tried via my USB audio interface (Tascam US-800) and with it unplugged just using the built-in pspeakers. No dice either way.
Is there any particular reason why this function does not work?
Does your play button work for you?
Let me know here. Thanks! _________________ "Let's eat Grandma!" vs. "Let's eat, Grandma!"

I just got a MS too
I had the same problem as you, then I checked Preferences, Audio Device.
In there I selected
Driver type : CoreAudio
Driver name: Build-in output
Output channel: Output 1 / Output 2
Sampling Rate: 48.0 KHz
Buffersize: 512
Then I was able to hear the samples through the build-in speakers of my MacBook pro.
Hope this will help you.
Cheers,
Peter |

Sounds great - thanks for the tip.
However -- I'm running through a Tascam US-800 audio interface.
I have the option to change that to running as 48KHz but it'll slow down the rest of my 'rig.' But I'll try that. Thanks again. _________________ "Let's eat Grandma!" vs. "Let's eat, Grandma!"
