I can not seem to find this information on the Korg site, but does anyone know if the Kronos software editor is Mac Lion compatible?

It hasn't been tested yet. 
From what is announced a Mac OS X Version will be available. I don't see any reason why the Editor shouldn't run on OS X Lion.

A lot of 'universal' software breaks with Lion. Only exclusively Intel-mac development seems to work.
For example, Logic Pro 8 was universal software- it'd work on a PowerPC or Intel Mac- but when I tried to install it on my Lion Macbook, it didn't work due to it not being specifically coded for Intels. This made me quite angry with Apple (the store associate said Logic 8 would be compatible), but many phone calls later I ended up with a free copy of Logic Pro 9.
At the heart of it, drivers are just very integrated software, and the editor is obviously software as well- if it was designed for backwards compatibility, I wouldn't be surprised if Lion won't run it.
