So, I have the Oasys and M3 and I entered the Kronos Video contest in hope of winning one but to no avail.
Today, I had GC get me one, he had to get it from Cali and I'm just so thrilled that I could actually get one...its a 61key.
Playing it today was just so fabulous! A mini newer Oasys!
I am now selling my M3 because I do not have a need for it now.
Thank you Korg for another fantastic machine! Can't wait to dig in Cool

Got mine Wednesday night - have spent 10+ hours since then and will spend at least 5 more today. I know this dates me, but some 60's RX would come in handy now (just kidding).

Unless you are in need of the money you would derive from selling the M3, I would seriously rethink selling it!

Why do you say that? what does the M3 give me that the Kronos would not?

The Sequencer features and the pads on it are worth keeping.....

The M3's Sequencer is why I'm still considering it for the studio....

But if you don't use the Sequencer a whole lot, you're better off selling it....

Sina

I do use the sequencer a ton. But the screen being so much smaller and not having Vocal Tracks really holds it back. What is better in the M3 sequencer than the Kronos'?

I used to have an M3 but barely used its sequencer.
Then I sold it to afford the Kronos.

Could someone tell me what does the M3's sequencer has that the K doesn't ?

I also never (really) used my sequencer. I play in a band and haven't composed any (serious) song ... luckily I'm better at programming. Probably I will do it some time later (but saying that for years). Then I also will have lots of questions probably.

Totally unscientific response here but in my experience, except in ONE case, I have regretted selling gear. I think you should keep your M3. Your familiarity with it will allow you to create stunning compositions in conjunction with your Kronos.

I may have to sell my Radias-R however and that saddens me because I haven't found any information as to how to adapt it to European voltage Sad I will regret selling that synth if there is no solution.

Ahimsa,
Vlad

That's not an issue : you could buy a 110/220V converter; exemple here (link).
