The 1.5 kronos OS support usb/midi controllers...
I can use a casio privia px130 to control the kronos with usb/midi conection..?
Remember the px130 dont have midi in/out. Only usb... Like any others casio and yamaha keys....
Thanks.. |

Only if it creates a USB class compliant midi interface. If you need to install specific drivers on a PC in order to get the midi ins/outs to show up, there's a good chance it might not work. _________________ ::: Korg Kronos 88 ::: Alesis Fusion 8HD ::: Kurzweil PC361 ::: Roland V-Synth ::: DSI Prophet 12 ::: DSI OB-6 ::: Korg Prophecy ::: Moog Micromoog ::: Yamaha CP-30 ::: Alesis Andromeda ::: Moog Sub37 ::: Sequential Prophet 600 ::: Korg MS2000BR ::: GSI Burn :::

I found some info here:

This means that they work on Windows, Mac’s and even and iPad without the need for drivers. This is true Plug n’ Play." That was exactly what the absolute majority of users like myself have experienced with the PX-130 and Casio keyboards across the spectrum. |

My Oxygen 61 also works OK. This is USB only and USB powered. Uses 100mA of current so it's well within spec.

Yes, my PX-3 is working both ways as well as well, regardless of boot order or reboot of either. _________________ Kronos 61, Kronos2-88, Hammond B3, Baldwin SD-10 |
