|
|
Hi!
I've got an quite annoying problem with my Kronos. When I start it up, it says "Updating panel scan system," and later it says "Completed," but nothing happens. Does not even start to load. I've tried to restart it several times, but it comes up every time. Haven't seen anything in the manuals.
Help? |

Do you have a thumb stick plugged in? Just a thought. |

Nope, the only thing plugged in at the moment is the power supply. |

This indicates a hardware problem. Please contact your national Korg distributor for service (see the link in my signature). I'm sorry for the inconvenience. If you let me know what country you're in, I'll give the distributor a heads-up.
