When using a sostenuto pedal (CC 66) with I-A000 if you press the sostenuto pedal and within a fraction of a second press a key, sometimes it is not audible.

Maybe it is the intended working of the pedal, but in case some people have notes not being played, this might be something to check.

Btw, I never use this but I'm playing a bit around with the CCs of the Kronos ... Love my Behringer in combination with the Kronos:
I can set leslie speed, overdrive, percussion, wheel brake and vibrato for organs without moving my hands from the keyboard.
And I also can hold notes, enable portamento, simulate a full JS+Y and JS-Y (as on/off), and 2 pedals for volume and one acting as ribbon controller.

A sostenuto pedal, on a real grand, is supposed to sustain only the notes/keys that are actually held down at the time the pedal is pressed. So I think this would be intended behavior.

I know but I wouldn't expect that if you press the pedal, a not directly played after it would not be heared at all, unless maybe the mechanics are so that it is part of the behavior and Korg exactly copied it.

Ah then I misunderstood, sorry. I thought you meant the effext wasn't audible/sostenuto didn't work. That seems like a bug then.

Depressing the sostenuto pedal of a grand piano does not prevent any note from sounding.
All it does is lifting hooks that catch the dampers which are already up.

Thanks for the clarification and clear picture ... can somebody else try this to see if it is only on my keyboard or generic?
- press sostenuto pedal
- immediately after it press a key

Sometimes on my K61 the key is not heard at all (as if not played).
