My WD is only 4 Months, old and I have noticed that the left side of the metallic Sensor Cover "Korg WAVEDRUM" label has started to separate and raise up.
Anyone else have this happening?
Thanks |

Nope mine is stuck on real good and I have had it since last July. Use a little adhesive and stick her back down. I bet Korg could get you a new sticker also. |

Hey, I was wrong I just looked closer at my lable and the left side is lifting a little. I did not try to lift it I just pushed it back down, if it continues I might use some extra thin cyan and wick it under, basically a very thin crazy glue. |

About A week ago I informed the local music store where I bought my WD (Long & McQuade) that the label was coming off my 6 month old WD.
Today the called me to tell me that the Korg rep. has approved a full warranty replacement.
The sales rep at the store told me that it has been an issue.
So next week I will get a brand new silver WD. YAHOO!!!
I wonder what they'll do with the old one, I will ask and let ya'll know what they say. _________________ Current Gear:

I picked mine up last July from GC and got 15% off. I was very excited, well I guess I still am. I love this thing! I have actually been thinking of how I could (redecorate it) but maybe enameling the area where the sticker is, once it comes off completely. HAHAHA |

If ya got it in July 2010 it must still be under warranty, ever thought of getting it replaced under the warranty? _________________ Current Gear:

No it's just one corner lifting a bit and once it's off I have other plans for that spot, it just makes it easier for me to personalize later on. I think from your posts yours was lifting more then mine. Mine literally was just a little bit on one edge. I had to look to find it. I heated it up a little bit and pushed it back down and it seems to be holding fine for the time being. I'm thinking that when the machine put them on it wasn't warm enough and putting enough pressure on it to create the adhesion properly. |
